BREEDING ETHICS OF DREAMFISH INC.

 

Dreamfish believes that God is the creator of all living creatures. We are blessed to be entrusted by God in conserving His beautiful creations.

 

Dreamfish is committed to conserve the pure bloodline of the Asian arowana (Scleropages formosus) which was originally found in the wild.

 

Dreamfish do not practice crossbreeding of higher grade arowana with the lower grade arowana to increase the quantity production in order to reap higher business revenue. Only when it is not possible to obtain the parent fish of pure bloodline because of the limited pure Asian arowana population available in the open market, cross breeding is done to our best knowledge to produce strains that will enhance the joy of arowana keeping.

 

Dreamfish is committed to conserve the true bloodline of the asian arowana. We do not practise inbreeding technique which will degenerate and weaken the bloodline of the asian arowana. Hence, the joy of future human generations in keeping the arowana will be protected.

 

Dreamfish is committed to provide the arowana parent fishes with most natural environment to maintain their natural instinct in producing strong and healthy offspring. All fishes are feed with natural food without the use of hormones to induce breeding.
